Complete the topics that you have selected as part of your Negotiated Learning Plan. You can work at your own pace in this space as all the learning is designed to build your understanding of your personal professional identity. You may engage with all of the topics if you wish to.
Each topic has been structured to allow you to enter the learning at the most appropriate point for you. There are three learning pathways within each topic. The first is ‘new understanding’ and you should engage with this section if the topic is new to you. It will focus on helping you define the topic. The second pathway is ‘deepening understanding’ and it is designed to help you apply your knowledge to a relevant situations in order to explore the topic further. The third pathway is ‘questioning understanding’ and it will require you to think at a higher level to make judgements about a topic, justify a point of view or analyse particular aspects. You can engage with any or all of the pathways depending on your needs. You can revisit a topic as many times as you like.
When you encounter share activities, you can post your response to the relevant Conversation Forums if you wish, or simply keep a record for your own reflection.
